Yogurt and Banana Mask
Nuturing and nourishing for health and beautiful skin
Ingredients
1 T yogurt
1/4 banana
1 T rolled oats
1/4 tsp vitamin E 100 IU
ice 
Instructions:
  • Put ingredients in a bowl
  • Mash them together with a fork until relatively smooth consistency is formed
  • Pat onto face 
  •  Let sit for 10 mins or until dry
  • Cleanse palette with lukewarm water
  Yogurt and banana is effective in cleansing and disinfecting the pores while moisturizing the palette. This should leave the face feeling smooth and soft.
Aloe Vera and Lime Juice Facial Toner

Ingredients:
2 T Aloe Vera
2 Tsp Lime Juice
Instructions:
  • Mix ingredients well until smooth
  • Apply to face
  • Let sit for 10 mins
  • Cleanse palette with lukewarm water
 Aloe vera heals while and hydrating the skin. Lime acts as a gentle cleanser and exfoliates
Egg Yolk Mask

1 Egg Yolk
2 T egg white
2 T honey
1 tsp rosewater
Instructions
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Apply thin layer to dry face
  • Leave on until dry or for about 15 mins
  • Cleanse palette with warm water
  This egg yolk mask should leave the palette feeling smooth and soft.
